dotnet-grpc(dotnet tool) fixed dependent packages version

Hi there,

I am unsure if asking this question here is appropriate, as dotnet-grpc (a dotnet tool) doesn't seem to be an open-source project.

I encountered the same problem (#1564), and I know it is solved at Grpc.Net.ClientFactory 2.44.0.

When I use the add-file command, it automatically adds the related reference packages and protobuf references into the csproj file.

But the related package version is fixed and recorded at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2099561, and the Grpc.Net.ClientFactory package version is fixed at 2.32.0.

How do I solve the version problem? Right now, I need to update the package manually every time.
