Trace events for DirectPath debugging #6418

For easier DirectPath debugging, we should add three trace events:

When the gRPC client has the backend VIPs list
When the gRPC client completes TCP, security (for example, ALTS), and HTTP2 connection
When the gRPC client hands over the request to kernel
