Mediawiki 1.37 support #22

This seems to break after upgrading to Mediawiki 1.37 (updates no longer go through). Worked fine on 1.36.

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Hooks/PageContentSaveComplete Was deprecated in 1.37. Will move into the new way for this. I presume that other actions still work, like when a file was added?
