Add a hint which helmet is now on the head when using the swap helmets function

Correct me if I'm wrong @Zarrck, but I'm pretty sure this is already a feature.

So this can be closed?

Correct me if I'm wrong

There is a hint when unslinging a helmet while wearing something on the head (PR #23 ) but there is none when swapping helmets.
