件名のモジュールを抽出して、他のシステムに組み込んで利用することは可能でしょうか？

地理院地図のソースコードから必要な機能を取り出し、
プログラムに組み込んでいただいても構いませんが、
上記ライセンスの記載に基づいてご利用願います。
