Add a script to recrawl an entire feed.

Sometimes, especially while testing, it's really helpful to repeated recrawl a specific feed (completely), and then check the DB to see what happened or check console output to see what blew up.

• Script (which could be part of dbscripts.py or elsewhere) that takes the URL of a feed.
• Crawl all articles from that feed assuming we've never crawled it before.
