mu-dev-Learning circles create -same image cant be reuploaded-issue

Describe your issue

when reporting the meet, if a image is uploaded and removed and not able to reupload the same image

Steps to reproduce

1.Launch browser
2.Enter URL "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
3.Enter valid credentials (muid and password) and sign in.
4.click on Learning circles tab on left side
5.click on create and enter valid circle name and group and click create
6.click on meet and schedule a meeting
7.click report and add the details
8.upload image and remove
9.reupload the same image

What was the expected result?

should upload the image how many times we try even if its the same image
Actual: reupload of same image is not possible and is possible with a different image
