Error reporting on TwilightFlat recipe

In certain occasions the twilight flat FITS frame has a row at zeroes. Unfortunately, the recipe does not report the origin of this error (even when both the fiber is properly illuminated and the traces are OK). Would it be possible to increase the verbose level in the processing.log file to include that info?

It think this is a bug. This calibration is a flat, so we cannot have 0 there. We can also enhance the logging and error reporting
