当前采用命令行：gmssl sm2keygen -pass 1234 -out s_signkey.pem -pubout s_signpubkey.pem
或者
使用Gmssl接口sm2_key_generate、sm2_private_key_info_encrypt_to_pem 生成的s_signkey.pem，打开后，发现是以
以-----BEGIN ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY-----开头，以-----END ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY-----结尾，如下图：

但是偶然发现一个key文件，其内部是以-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----开头，-----END PRIVATE KEY-----结尾，如下图：

，所以请问，如何使用gmssl 3.0的命令行或者接口函数，也生成后一种开头结尾的文件，谢谢
