If you configure guardian/actions-prnouncer to observe a private repository, it fails as the default GitHub token cannot find the repository.

In https://github.com/guardian/prnouncer-config, we configure guardian/actions-prnouncer to observe an entire team's repos in a single place. Currently, only public repos are observed. How can we observe private repositories too?

Might https://github.com/guardian/actions-read-private-repos be an answer?

GitHub have recently released fine grained PATs - https://github.blog/2022-10-18-introducing-fine-grained-personal-access-tokens-for-github/. I've set this up here.

Update: fined grained PATs work perfectly! Closing.
