[BUG] many 0.4.8.7 UI BUGS, especially in lanscape & autorotate

Describe the Bug

1. rotating Connect expert mode orbot UI page between landscape & portrait display spontsneously hangs UI & crashes orbot >50% of the time, requiring orbot force close/force stop & relaunch to restore functioning orbot
2. a. Connect UI page stubbornly top-bottom unscrollable in landscape mode, denying access to Change exit, Reload, Turn Tor off
3. b. More UI page always properly scrolls top-bottom in landscape mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run orbot in stand-alone expert mode
2. rotate orbot Connect UI page between landscape & portrait mode
3. UI hangs & orbot crashes
4. pre-crash Cnnect UI page in landscape display refuses to scroll top-bottom, denying access to Change Exit, Reload & Turn Tor Off
5. no excuse for ANY of these DEFECTS

Expected Behavior
rotating orientation of UI should never crash orbot and/or hang UI
UI connect page must always be top-bottom scrollable in landscape mode

What Custom Configuration Do You Use?
armv8/64 orbot 0.4.8.7 & all prior

It's not scrollable for me in portrait mode as well.

And I can't hit the widgets with DPAD_CENTER, as well as menu items.
