On the latest version 15.5.0-RC-1-multi-SDK23, it asks to enable app VPN mode every time the app is launched. It should either ask once or have an option to never ask again. Putting all apps through Tor by default doesn't seem like a very good thing to do, and might harm users.

👍 for everything else this release though.

Edit: It seemed to just be a one-off after upgrading. Clearing app data caused it to stop.
