npm install -g mirror-config-china --unsafe-perm=true --allow-root --registry=http://registry.m.xx.com --bin-mirrors-prefix=http://storage.xx.local/mirrors

但是在下载node-sass的时候还是从taobao的镜像仓库中下的，是为什么呢

我看代码里node-sass镜像地址好像是写死的,.npmrc文件里sass-binary-site的值还是taobao的地址，并没有被--bin-mirrors-prefix的值替代
