Crash due to mod interaction: slotlink

Slotlink has this item:

When you rclick the item, you have access to the storage network storage request block GUI, and this is how they handle preventing the player from inserting the Storage Remote into the storage network

I managed to crash the game by placing the storage remote here and trying to rclick it:

Using it while placed in slot 8 or 9 works without crashing.
