[Bug] tolerance is not working as expected (see scikit-sos)

Specifying tolerance did not have any effect in the tested case:
outlier probabilities between 0.1xx and 0.9xx, tolerance of 0.8 did not have any effect and output just contained the array with all tuples and the exact probabilities; scikit-sos outputs either 0 or 1 for every tuple and thereby marking detected outliers

--> Hence, removing tolerance parameter for the moment.

A working version should be added again later on.
