Basic HTML structure for Leaderboard

In this pull request, I added the basic structure for the leaderboard, this includes:

• The "Leaderboard" title;
• The recent scores subtitle (with the refresh button);
• The leaderboard table;
• The form with two inputs, text and number, to add the name and the scores, respectively, and finally, a submit button.
