upgrade-perl ignores 5.22.1?

I'd have expected it to upgrade to 5.22.1?

Hmm, I'm not able to reproduce this -- but meanwhile when I'n testing, perl-5.22.2 is the destination. So I'm not sure if it only happens when upgradig to 5.22.1
