Auto update the NPM package when a commit is done in master branch

Describe the solution you'd like
Using a build server, like AppVeyor, publish a updated version of this repository to NPM every time that a commit to master is done.

Describe alternatives you've considered
use a sh script as post commit (not a good solution).
