The choice of whitelisted tags is somewhat arbitrary; anyone using the 
sanitizer may want different tags. The current list is just the one we use on 
Stack Overflow.

I am not opposed to making this configurable, but replacing one arbitrary 
whitelist with another really doesn't solve anything.
