When validating the scores for a Round, the "Cancel" et "Validate" buttons become disabled, as well as the editable fields. The round ranking becomes available.
There is a problem when the validation is made too early, by mystake. The procedure to get back is not user friendly.

With the newly option "Is score registered" (see issue #8), there should be a check to verify that all the matches have been registered. If it's not the case, then a Message should warn the user (who can still procede).

Even when a round has been validated, a match should still be editable (to correct any error). An action should be needed (button to unlock ?).
