Feature request: provide linkable teacher profiles

Feature request:

There exists a profile page, which can contain very useful information such as office hours and contact urls (Zoom, skype, discord etc) but there is no obvious way to get a URL for pointing to the specific profile.

When viewing your own profile, the provided URL is https://eclass.upatras.gr/main/profile/display_profile.php, which is generic and cannot be distributed to other users such as students. A unique URL should be displayed there, so it can be shared, preferably matching the user's username, e.g. /profile/userX

Also, the names of the teachers who are assigned via ..../modules/course_info/?course=XXXX should be clickable links that lead to the teachers' profile pages, for the same purpose.

The only way I am aware of to get access to the this info is via the modules/user tool. So this information clearly exists and it should be easy to integrate.
