Add types: Bug, Minor, Feature, Revert, BC to merge command

implement types of merges like symfony/symfony@a5b4aad

where we have:

• bug
• minor
• fearure
• etc

can we discuss here what is a generic way to catalogue that can support subcases such as symfony/symfony?

i think we can have a macro single command to release maybe, just an idea

there is a need for macro commands, i am thinking this flow process of asking could be commanded or guided by something like buildr, or not @aequasi ?

more precisely the flow would be:

gush p:merge should ask you what is the change about, Major, Minor or Patch, etc

according to this then we can run gush semver command and after the merge tag with this result the master branch or integration branch. any quesitons?

i think this will be implemented as well in the macro command extension on bldr
