There are issues with the name of this application:
The thon (in Python) and Phon (in the current PyPhon application name) do not form a minimal pair, which is one of the core building blocks of this application.
A phone (as in a speech sound) contains an e; PyPhon does not.
It is programming-language based, and if this project gets ported to another language, Python is embedded in its name. Devil's advocate asks, "What happens when Ruby comes along, ' PyPhonRuby'?"

Note: At Polyglot Berlin, you introduced this application as PyPhon, which is why I am using that version here and in the updated README that I would like to submit for review.
