I know, but the progress may be a bit slow. I'm working on curequests in my free time.
Currently, I'm implementing the connection pool, the proxy feature will be added later.

HTTP proxy supported in v0.2.0 by #6.

SOCKS proxy will be supported in future, but it's a bit harder because we don't have an async socks proxy implementation.
