While running python generate.py --base_model='llama' --prompt_type=wizard2 --score_model=None --langchain_mode='UserData' --user_path=user_path I'm getting

SSLCertVerificationError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1007)

Means you aren't allowed to connect to huggingface, either by your ORG or by your computer.

You can try things related to this issue: huggingface/transformers#17611
