I am ok to run test pipeline, but when using my own config there was an errorERROR ~ Unknown method invocation call on BigInteger type

issue solved. I missed a . in my own config file. I have vcf and m3vcf file for the reference panel. do I also need vcf.tbi file? why vcf.tbi is not automatically generated by the pipeline?
