Drop IIS 6 support ? #2

@ChrisMcKee Is it worth continuing to support IIS 6, or should we drop it in the near future ?

As far as I can tell, the mainstream support for IIS 6 (which comes with Windows Server 2003) has ended in 2010, while the extended support will end in 2015.

I'll make it less prevalent but I see no reason to remove the information. The .net world is full of people smothered by ancient technology :)

Just considering if its worth swapping out the multiple configs for a transforms file batched with mstransform xml.

I'll clean up the floating issues now the moves finished.
