Setting up a podcast should give you the option to re-run the same podcast download script at some interval using the Windows task scheduler.
Nothing fancy - take the current command line and parameters, and create a scheduled task with it (stripping -debug, or whatever else). Running as current user, hitting the same URI and download folder should be OK.
There's perhaps a need to show some UI to have a user configure the frequency for the task trigger. Maybe we can do it easily with .Net forms directly in the script?
