Discuss profile questions and add English translation

The idea is to have a template for questions that could be answered by featured women.
The current set is:

• Wie und wann hast du mit dem Programmieren begonnen?
• Was magst du besonders am Programmieren?
• Was ist gerade dein Lieblingsprojekt?
• Was würdest du gern zukünftig einmal probieren/lernen/können?
• Was war bisher deine größte Herausforderung als Programmiererin?
• Welchen Tipp hast du für Programmieranfänger**innen?
• Welches Klischee über Hacker oder Programmieren kannst du sofort widerlegen?

Is that enough? What could be added or left out?

• what do you like to try/learn/know?
• what is your biggest challenge as a programmer?
• do you have any advice for beginners?
• which stereotype of a programmer can you prove wrong?

I don't really like the question about the advice for beginners :)
I think we could also add question asking about your role models?

Yes, we could skip that question. Maybe it could be replaced by the favorite book/podcast/alike about programming? About the role models sounds interesting too, these kind of questions have the advantage that they could provide interesting information for everyone visiting the page.

Maybe we could add as first question: "Some words about you" or directly "Who are you?"
