Related to #11

We need a system by which we can:

Know which blog posts have been posted to the official HaC Medium Account since a given DateTime
Grab the Title and Blurb of blog posts (and a link to the posts themselves), in addition to relevant metadata (Author, Date published, etc.)
Grab a link/image of the blog headers for integration into our website

The Medium API is probably a good place to start looking.
