Unificar y limpiar el CSS #21

Tenemos 5 archivos CSS y sin ningún orden, yo nunca sé dónde tengo que ir a buscar o poner las reglas CSS, deberíamos unificar los ficheros

-Cambiado el grid a Bootstrap
-Las imágenes de agenda, comunidad y participa se ocultan en móviles, así como el texto de "Desarolladores, diseñadores..."
-Limpiado y unificado en dos ficheros, Bootstrap (solo cosas del grid) y style dónde poner las modificaciones
