From a fresh load of "index.html", clicking the "Show All Packages" button changes the list of packages shown. [Scrolling down] and clicking the now "Show Loaded Packages" button changes the list back. Type something in the "Filter" box (say, "base") and a list of packages with have "base" in their name or description is displayed. The buttons are not displayed. Clear the filter box; the list of packages goes back to the full list, and the buttons appear at the bottom. Clicking on the "Show All Packages" button does not do anything (but then again, all packages are shown) except change the button to "Show Loaded Packages". Clicking that button does not change the package list, just the button text.
