Fixes

Simply download and install this version using AltStore or Sideloadly, or Filza & AppSync if jailbroken.

If you have an iPad/iPhone 11 or newer, head over to https://hadobedo.github.io/ to try out the mobile version. This is relatively untested but should work, but don't expect stability.

It's finally ready! This is my native port of Friday Night Funkin' by ninjamuffin99, PhantomArcade and evilsk8r to iOS devices/Safari!

What I've done:

  • add scaling for most iOS devices so the game looks and plays well on almost every iOS device.
  • reduced RAM usage by ~70% in some levels by compressing assets and making spritesheets smaller through exporting custom texture atlases based off the .fla file released by PhantomArcade.
  • other fixes that probably suck

Install using AltStore or Filza & AppSync if jailbroken.

There WILL be bugs in this version, as I can only test with a limited amount of devices and xCode simulators kinda suck.

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • iPhone 6/A8 devices and older have trouble loading the story mode menu as it uses too much RAM. You can play most levels via the Freeplay menu, however.
  • The 'sick', 'good', 'bad', etc text is off center on most devices. This will likely be fixed in upcoming releases.
  • In week 6, in order to get past the dialogue, tap the A button behind the dialogue box/blur. This will likely be fixed in upcoming releases.
  • There will be scaling issues on devices like iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro Max, etc. as I do not own these devices, and once again, xCode simulators are awful.
  • In week 6, there is some audio stuttering. I'm unsure as to why this happens, but I will look into it.
  • Probably more I've forgotten
