  1. Launch Wondershare Fotophire Toolkit 1.3.1 Portable and select Photo Cutter.
  2. Click on Open and choose the photo you want to cut.
  3. Use the Paint Areas to Remove or Paint Areas to Keep tools on the left to mark the areas you want to remove or keep.
  4. Use the Edge Blur slider on the right to adjust the smoothness of the edges.
  5. Click on Cut Out to see the result.
  6. If you want to replace the background, click on Change Background and choose a preset template or your own image.
  7. Use the Move & Resize tool on the left to adjust the position and size of your foreground image.
  8. Click on Save or Export to save your cut photo.
