Version discrepancy between executable and git tags: 0.6 or 0.7.1? #12

According to the python executable hib-dlagent version is 0.6:

grep '^VERSION' hib-dlagent:
VERSION=0.6

hib-dlagent | head -n1:
hib-dlagent 0.6

According to git tags version is 0.7.1:

git describe --tags:
0.7.1

This is a discrepancy. What is the correct versioning of the latest git checkout? Please make it consistent.
