Current available package can't be installed and the build fails:

swift_lang-3.1-1-x86_64.hpkg:
	requires "lib:libicudata >= 57.1" of package "swift_lang-3.1-1" could not be resolved

PR to disable it (with some changes in the patches to fix first attempt to build it) at: #8837
