离线缓存通常指的是应用缓存manifest，不过该技术已废弃（原因可查看：http://zoomzhao.github.io/2012/11/11/application-cache-is-a-douchebag/）。.appcache文件包含以下内容：CACHE MANIFEST/CACHE/NETWORK/FALLBACK。

离线缓存还可以使用localStorage、IndexDB、Service Worker
