Cannot access crud

After I install the plugin and run my app it creates the table localization into my db and also populates the table. However when i try http://localhost:8093/localization it does not work and just shows a 404 error. I tried putting the url "/localization"(controller:'Localization', action:'index') into the url mappings and tried http://localhost:8093/localization again but all that does is link me to http://localhost:8093/localization/list and show a 404 error. Please can you give me a suggestion?
