描述一下此特性

现在如果要更新 halo 需要手动下载 jar 然后更新，是否能增加一个功能让代码检测当前是否有最新版本，如果有的话支持一键更新。

当我点击更新时代码自动去拉去最新的 jar 包，然后重启应用。

我们或许可以专门为 Docker 部署的方式编写一个插件，通过插件去检测 Docker Hub 的镜像更新，然后在插件中去更新 Halo 的容器。这需要在 Halo 的容器中挂载 /var/run/docker.sock
