描述一下此特性

期望能够在 Console 的概览页面显示所有已启用的插件和主题，并支持复制。原因是目前随着 Halo 的插件和主题越来越多，有一些问题可能是由插件或者主题导致的，支持这个功能之后，就可以在此仓库的 issue 模板中提示报告者复制概览页面的信息并提供在 issue 中，这样可以更加方便判断问题来源。
