Tag a new release for v0.11.2 that doesn't require nim < 2.0.0

The main branch's nimble file specifies that Nim 2.0.0+ is ok, but a release has not been tagged. Running nimble install glob or nimble install https://github.com/haltcase/glob still tries to pull the old version, requiring manual updating to point to #head.

This should be resolved with v0.11.3, thanks for your patience.

FYI, since I haven't been particularly active, I'd be open to adding another collaborator if there's anyone willing to help maintain the project.
