Please try with a checkout from trunk. The Exception() class takes different 
arguments depending on the PHP version you're running. This version check was 
added in r13.

Again - use the latest version from Subversion. This has been fixed in r13.

FYI:
I still get this with php 5.2.17, and latest svn checkout.
On a 5.3.3 machine, i do not have this issue.
