使用作者的方法将huawei_pc_manager_bootstrap_core.dll、huawei-pc-manager-bootstrap.exe、PCManager_Setup_12.0.1.26(C233D003).exe、PCManager_Setup_12.0.1.26(C233D003).exe.asc四个文件放在同一文件夹下，管理员启动作者的脚本弹窗报无法 正常启动 错误
