Automatic updates

Mjolnir has automatic updates, but it's a homegrown sdegutis thing. No idea whether it's any good. Wondering whether we should be using Sparkle?

Haven't been able to run a full end-to-end test yet, but https://github.com/cmsj/hammerspoon/tree/sparkle removes the old updater and adds sparkle, wiring it up to menu bar icon, prefs window, etc.
