Handsontable should work without formula parser enabled #4693

Description

If we do not use formulas we shouldn't have to load the formula parser. Currently, we still get a missing parser log.

This issue is still replicable in v8.2.0 http://jsfiddle.net/handsoncode/aevfyw1q/

This issue is closed temporarily. It will be reopened for development as it became a part of New formula plugin task reported at #6466

This issue is no longer replicable using v9 http://jsfiddle.net/8m4nvbp3/
The table is visible and we can work on the (.js) version without dependencies.
