Description

autoRowSize does not work correctly when mergeCells is applied. Cell height is calculated based on the height of the cell before merging.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the demo

  • Handsontable version: 8.3.0
  • Browser Name and version: Chrome 87
  • Operating System: Windows 10

This issue is closed temporarily. It will be reopened for development as it became a part of Interoperability problems between MergeCells and some core features task reported at #7509

I will make sure to inform everyone interested in this topic after the official fix.

Please update to v14.1.0 (updated demo https://jsfiddle.net/Lb2g8m64/). This issue is no longer replicable in newer version of Handsontable.
