Reproduced. Working on a fix - should be available by next week. |
SQLPro Studio 2023.15 has been released on the App Store and should sort this out. If you get the chance, please give it a try and let me know. |

When turning on Horizontal grid and Vertical grid settings under Preferences > Appearance > Results and hitting Apply or Apply & Close, the settings seem to apply to the currently open query tab. However when I run that query again or open an existing or new query tab, the horizontal & vertical grid lines don't appear anymore.
My system is a 2021 16" M1 Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.1.
