.net Authentication sample

Would love to see an example that is functionally the same as this but uses the built-in .net core 2.1 authentication functionality rather than Azure Easy Auth.

This would give people options for scenarios such as

• Not running on Azure
• Only needing authentication for part of the site (i.e. a patients section of a public website which is anonymous)

I'm not in a position to be able to do this as it is what I struggled with for 2 days at the hack. The issue is here just because it would be good to see how this is done, but this is a low priority issue.
