修改省的时候,在刷新市之前先修改市可以把当前未刷新的市列表保留下来.
同理,修改市也可以趁区为改变前先改变区.这样可以得到一个错误的省份对的错误的市对的错误的区
虽然保存后是正确的,但是刷新间隔确实是个问题

好的, 这块我会想办法优化, 之前做了一个延时处理.会了优化性能.@wula11

我这试了试. 需要在很短暂的时间去操作二个区. 才会发现以上问题.
