Describe the bug

Bulk Export job with many resources reports 0 after COMPLETE.

To Reproduce

Create some patients with related resources
Invoke bulk export
Wait for completion
Inspect final processed count - see 0

Expected behavior

The number of resources.

HAPI FHIR Version 6.6 snapshot
